Tristan joined Lync Wealth Management in 2026, bringing with him over 18 years of experience in wealth management, pensions, investments, general insurance, and protection insurance. Before joining Lync Wealth Management, Tristan was the Director of Oculus Wealth Management (Godalming) and Elm Financial Management, where he developed and implemented successful growth strategies.
He has supported many clients in identifying their needs, hopes, and long-term aspirations, helping to turn these into achievable financial goals with realistic deadlines. With whole-of-market access, he can recommend the most appropriate financial products and tailor advice to each client’s unique personal circumstances.
Raised and still living in Surrey, Tristan enjoys hiking, mountain biking and road trips. Having served in the RAF, he still loves flying whenever the opportunity arises and his adventures have taken him all over the world.
