Robert joined Lync Wealth Management in November 2025, where he continues to provide trusted, long-term financial advice to clients and their families. He began his career as a financial adviser for Andrews Estate Agents in 1991, and in March 2001 took on the role of Managing Director of Willcox Financial Limited.
Robert specialises in wealth planning, retirement planning, investment strategy, and protection planning, working closely with each client to fully understand their goals, priorities, and lifestyle. He is known for creating practical, personalised financial plans that support both immediate needs and long-term ambitions, while making complex financial decisions clear, simple, and manageable. A good chunk of his social life is spent with clients, many of whom he has advised for decades.
Robert has been married to Jill for 25 years. They have a daughter, who works as a pilot for easyJet, and a dog called Ollie. He enjoys golf at Tenby Golf Club, where, as chairman, he ensured the successful rebuild of the clubhouse – an achievement that will help the club thrive for the next 138 years. He follows West Ham United, Hampshire Cricket, Exeter Rugby, and Wales Rugby. Breakfast is usually a good coffee enjoyed while watching Bloomberg.
