Kevin began his career with Pearl Assurance in 1986, starting as an adviser before progressing into a range of management roles. In 1996, he returned to advising with Standard Life. After many years in large corporate firms, Kevin chose to work independently, operating across several practices in the East Midlands before becoming a partner at Clear Solutions in 2005.
In 2010, Kevin founded Bleathwood IFA Ltd to deliver a highly personal service to his client across the East Midlands. Over the next 16 years, he successfully grew the business, an experience he found highly rewarding. In 2026, Bleathwood was incorporated into Lync Wealth Management, allowing him to step away from the role of Managing Director.
Kevin has lived in Ashby‑de‑la‑Zouch since 2000 and remains actively involved in the local community, including being a member of the town’s main community choir.
