Kevin began his career with Pearl Assurance in 1986, starting as an adviser before progressing into a range of management roles. In 1996, he returned to advising with Standard Life and later Friends Provident.
After many years working within large corporate firms, Kevin chose to operate independently within the financial services profession. He initially worked across several practices in the East Midlands, including a firm of accountants, before becoming a partner at Clear Solutions in 2005.
In 2010, Kevin founded Bleathwood IFA Limited to focus on delivering a highly personal service to his local client base across the East Midlands Over the following 16 years, he successfully grew the business, an experience he found highly rewarding. In 2026, Bleathwood was incorporated into Lync Wealth Management, allowing him to step away from the role of Managing Director.
Kevin has lived in Ashby‑de‑la‑Zouch since 2000 and remains actively involved in the local community, including being a member of the town’s main community choir.
