Since leaving school, I have worked in various office environments. Shortly after getting married, I joined my husband, Roy Varney, at Asquith Hart as a co-owner, bringing with me over 15 years of back-office experience and client interaction.
Previously, I worked as a Personal Assistant to the Vice Chancellor of Nottingham University and, before that, supported several advisers at Canada Life for two years. In November 2025, we joined Lync Wealth Management.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with Roy, our three children, our four-year-old grandson, and other family members—as well as our dog. I love the outdoors, whether relaxing on a beach or walking the dog, and I also enjoy reading.
