Richard is a Chartered Financial Planner and has achieved Fellowship of the Financial Planning Society, the highest award from the CII. He joined Lync Wealth Management in November 2025 after six years with Friarsgate Financial Planning. Before that, Richard spent seven years at HSBC as a Financial Planning Adviser, following his degree in Accountancy from Cardiff University.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys playing rugby and is a fluent Welsh speaker.
