So my approach is personal and guided by their needs, while I draw on my technical capabilities to ensure that opportunities and efficiencies are harnessed and that the wider implications are considered. This knowledge is also built from education, from university to specific financial services qualifications and accreditations obtained through the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
